Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (not including holidays and weekends). Please note that processing time does not include your shipping time frame. When your package is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
 
Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 
 Refused Packages
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package.
Lost Packages 
We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. If we track your package and show that it has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package, we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.

First-Class (1–3 Business Days)

 First-Class Mail service for packages (up to 13 oz.), prices start at $3.80.

Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)

Flat Rate Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days (packages up to 70 lbs.) Prices start at $7.50.

Overnight - Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

Priority Mail Express Flat Rate overnight service ships packages up to 70 lbs. to any state (some exceptions apply). Prices start at $26.35.

 ****All orders for overnight delivery must be received by 12 pm CST, orders will ship SAME DAY, you will be notified of additional shipping at checkout. (excludes holidays).****


Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) 
 All paid orders over $100 will ship for free within 3-5 business days following processing (excludes weekends & holidays). Standard shipping will be processed via USPS, tracking notification will be sent via email.
