Yve Alyse Fashion Co. places high value on customer satisfaction. We inspect each item before shipping. We are confident that you will love your items, but if for some reason something doesn't fit quite like you were hoping, then we'd be happy to assist you.

Returns are accepted with Our Authorization ONLY. 

 Yve Alyse Fashion Co. does not offer refunds, unless deemed necessary; however we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@yvealysefashionco.com or complete the form below within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to be eligible to receive a store credit.

Store credits must be used within 14 days.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

 Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we've determined that the item is in good condition, you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-10 businesses days for your return to be processed and finalized.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition. 

 Items must have original tags still attached and must be unworn and unwashed. All sale, discounted and clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are considered a FINAL SALE. Bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item. 

If you are returning or exchanging an item please send us an email to customerservice@yvealysefashionco.com with the subject  RETURN/EXCHANGE and a message stating what items you are requesting to return and why.

Please Note: Sizing inconsistencies can be attributed to different fabrics, updated cuts of products bearing the same name, and even sizing. 
When taking your measurements, be sure to use a cloth measuring tape (not a metal measuring tape). This will ensure that you’re measuring your body accurately. In addition, measure only over bare skin or skin-tight clothes so as to ensure the most accurate measurements. 

***The size chart is for reference only. Please review product descriptions for specific details. We sell clothing from different manufacturers and brands and sizing is not always equal across brands. 

• If an item is noted to run small, then we advise you to size up or follow the product description, when applicable.
• If an item is noted as oversized or runs large, then we advise you to size down, unless that is your desired look.

 What You Should Measure

Chest or Bust

This measurement is used for tops and dresses. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust and wrap it around your body to get the measurement, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist

This measurement is used for tops, dresses, and bottoms. Most clothing lines use the measurement of the “natural waist” for their size guides. To measure your natural waist, you want to find the narrowest part of your waist, located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
Note some brands use a “low” waist measurement. For this, you would measure at the point where your trousers would normally ride.

Hips

This measurement is used for bottoms and sometimes for dresses. Stand with your hips together and measure the fullest part of your hips. Be sure to go over your buttocks as well. It might be challenging to keep the tape consistently level when you do it alone; it is recommended that you have a friend assist you with this or that you do it in front of a mirror.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (not including holidays and weekends). Please note that processing time does not include your shipping time frame. When your package is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or text. 
 
Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 

 Refused Packages
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package.

Lost/ Stolen Packages 
Yve Alyse Fashion Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to postal service or customer errors. Please utilize tracking information provided to you to track your package. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package, you are responsible filing a claim and contacting the postal service in regards to your package. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.

Yve Alyse Fashion Co. will NOT issue a refund or store credit for packages lost or stolen packages.

First-Class (1–3 Business Days)

 First-Class Mail service for packages (up to 13 oz.), prices start at $3.80.

Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)

Flat Rate Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days (packages up to 70 lbs.) Prices start at $7.50.

Overnight - Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

Priority Mail Express Flat Rate overnight service ships packages up to 70 lbs. to any state (some exceptions apply). Prices start at $26.35.

 ****All orders for overnight delivery must be received by 12 pm CST, orders will ship SAME DAY, you will be notified of additional shipping at checkout. (excludes holidays).****

Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) 
 All paid orders over $100 will ship for free within 3-5 business days following processing (excludes weekends & holidays). Standard shipping will be processed via USPS, tracking notification will be sent via email and/or text.

 

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

Yve Alyse Fashion Co. is happy to serve our international customers by offering USPS, UPS and DHL for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

 International shipping may experience a delay due to COVID-19 or weather conditions that may arise.

**Taxes and Duties**
All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.
