Shipping Policy

Shipping companies may experience a delay in delivery due to weather conditions that may arise.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (not including holidays and weekends). Please note that processing time does not include your shipping time frame. When your package is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or text. 
 
Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 


 Refused Packages
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package.


Lost/ Stolen Packages 
Yve Alyse Fashion Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to postal service or customer errors. Please utilize tracking information provided to you to track your package. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package, you are responsible filing a claim and contacting the postal service in regards to your package. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.

Yve Alyse Fashion Co. will NOT issue a refund or store credit for packages lost or stolen packages.

Overnight - Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

 ****All orders for overnight delivery must be received by 12 pm CST, orders will ship SAME DAY, you will be notified of additional shipping at checkout. (excludes holidays).****


Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) 
 All paid orders over $100 will ship for free within 3-5 business days following processing (excludes weekends & holidays). Standard shipping will be processed via USPS, tracking notification will be sent via email and/or text.

Yve Alyse Fashion Co. is happy to serve our international customers by offering USPS, UPS and DHL for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

**Taxes and Duties**
All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.


Policy And Terms
By placing an order at www.yvealysefashionco.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to www.yvealysefashionco.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
