Return/Refund Policy

Yve Alyse Fashion Co. places high value on customer satisfaction. We inspect each item before shipping. We are confident that you will love your items, but if for some reason something doesn't fit quite like you were hoping, then we'd be happy to assist you.

Returns are accepted with Our Authorization ONLY. 

 Yve Alyse Fashion Co. does not offer refunds, unless deemed necessary; however we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@yvealysefashionco.com or complete the form below within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to be eligible to receive a store credit.

Store credits must be used within 14 days.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

 Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we've determined that the item is in good condition, you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-10 businesses days for your return to be processed and finalized.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition. 

 Items must have original tags still attached and must be unworn and unwashed. All sale, discounted and clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are considered a FINAL SALE. Bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item. 

If you are returning or exchanging an item please send us an email to customerservice@yvealysefashionco.com with the subject  RETURN/EXCHANGE and a message stating what items you are requesting to return and why. 

Below we have listed a few things to double check before purchasing. 

  •  Read the description of the item you are purchasing.
  • Double check the sizes/items you have selected before checkout. 

  •  Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. If you find that you have entered the wrong address please contact us at immediately at customerservice@yvealysefasionco.com to make corrections before your order is processed.
